What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

What payment method clears the fastest?
All of our methods clear fairly quickly, depending on your bank. If you are in need of your hair immediately, paypal processes payments the quickest (usually less than an hour).

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 4-6 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at bhaley@plushbybk.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We're certain that you will love your order, in the event that a product is defective or damaged contact us immediately. Please Include your name and order number so we can rectify the situation promptly. 

Can I cancel my order?
Once orders have been processed we will not be able to cancel your order.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, can I change it?
If you feel as though you made a mistake and ordered the wrong hair, please reach out to us ASAP. Once orders have been shipped, we will be unable to correct this without you returning the entire order.                 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at bhaley@plushbybk.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 4-6 business days.

Do you have any care instructions?

1. We recommend washing your hair prior to installing it to ensure that the hair is free of all impurities.
2. All curly and wavy textures need to be combed/brushed while wet, in order to avoid shedding. We recommend you use a spray bottle mixture of 1/2 purified water and 1/2 conditioner. 
3. Please do not fall asleep with wet hair unless it is in braids to ensure that your hair stays tangle free.
4. Minimal product usage is recommended. Heavy oils, sheens, and butters can cause product build up, that may lead to tangling.
